The modern condition of manufacture of corn on various technologies in the Grodno area and existing problems are reflected in the article. The mechanism of increasing of the production efficiency of this culture on the basis of a complex of the organizational and economic measures including optimization of placing and specialization of manufacture, intensive technology and use of innovations is suggested
