[Methods of direct influence of a state and their role in a system of support of agriculture]

Efficiency of action of the mechanism of the state support of agrarian sector of economics depends on correctness of a choice of methods of influence, as in sphere direct, and indirect subsidising. Methods of direct influence make special group of tools of the stale support. Distinctive lines of the given group of methods are address character of granting and direct influence on financial results of activity of economic subjects. In system of regulation of agroindustrial complex they concern the third level of the state support and act as correcting factors. With their help the state bodies should correct arising negative changes on the agrofood market with aim of exclusion of decrease in level of profitability in branch below market average indicators, and also sharp increase of the prices on the foodstuffs in the market
