[Piscicultural and biological biochemical characteristics of the Isobelino carp mirror crosses underyearlings and yearlings]

The study results of the chemical composition of the body and biochemical parameters of the blood serum of the underyearlings and yearlings of the Isobelino carp mirror crosses are given and their commercial quality characteristics are presented. Research has shown, that underyearlings of three crosses: three prim x sarboyanskij; sarboyanskij x [(three prim x Yugoslavian) x sarboyanskij] and (mirror x Yugoslavian) x [(st.18 x Yugoslavian) x (German x st.18)] on middle-piece body weight, dry matter, protein and fat content considerably conceded a mix to other crosses. Immunoreactivity of an organism estimated on level of bacteriological blood serum activity which at crosses on the average made 39,3%, crude protein of blood serum was within 39,12-44,52 g/l, the content of glucose-1,88-3,49 of mmol/l. Wintering of the crosses received in 2006 has passed successfully. Rather water heats during the autumn-winter period and late freeze up on hibernating ponds promoted rather high survival rate, however losses of yearlings body weight have on the average made 13% (at the specification of 12%). Advantage hybrids possessed: Mix mirror x sarboyanskij and lakhvinskij x sarboyanskij, loss of weight at them has made 1-4%, and survival rate of 84,7 and 88,8%. For an estimation of quality wintered yearlings biochemical research as considerable losses of nutrients during the endogenic food period, even in case of standard exits from wintering, further negatively affect a physiological condition of grown up fish has been carried out: rate of growth is slowed down, the general resistance of an organism that can lead to the raised susceptibility to diseases and adverse conditions of an environment decreases. The fat expense for wintering at crosses has made from 5% (crosses three prim - a mix mirror) to 35% (crosses lakhvinskij - German), protein losses - within admissible values (from 0% to 24,5%). Biochemical parametres of blood of yearlings corresponded to physiological norm (the crude protein of blood serum should be not less than 25g/l, the glucose content - 1,7-3,3 mmol/l), in comparison with underyearling they have changed towards insignificant decrease the bacteriological blood serum activity (on 0,32%), content of crude protein (on 0,03%), concentration of glucose has increased by 0,62%
