Китайский. 规范化的葡萄种质资源描述评价方法是提高资源利用效率和服务科研的工作基础。在参考国际经验的基础上,我国也出版了相应的葡萄种质资源描述规范和标准。然而在实际描述评价工作中,仍有一些难以判断的性状。对葡萄果穗、果粒形状、果粒颜色、果实香味、叶片上下裂片、裂刻数、副芽结实力、副芽结实力和果实可滴定酸含量测定等若干容易出现问题的性状作了进一步的解释。旨在使葡萄资源的描述评价更加标准化、规范化。

Some documents concerning the description and evaluation of grape germplasm had been published, but in practice there are some points which should be amended. Based on our experience and guided by the international description and evaluation criteria of grape germplasm in this article, the authors list 6 characteristics which were once confused in the description grade and explain the methods of the description and evaluation for bunch shape and leaf lobe number. This report also analyses the advantage and disadvantage of three testing methods for examining the total acid content of the fruit, and the methods for describing the parts of berry and leaf correctly.
