Iuation and characterization of&rdquo&rdquo11 &rdquo&rdquo&rdquois an essential step for broadening the genetic base of every breeding program. In this project, 381 were &rdquo'1111'''''''' &rdquoof cotton planted and evaluated according to IPGRI &rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquoThe results showed that &rdquo&rdquoaccessions belonged to Gossypium hirsutum species, the main character of these accessions were oval boil shape and absent of spot in the bottom of &rdquo&rdquo&rdquothese accessions had &rdquo&rdquo&rdquoheight &rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquoaccessions of G. barbadense. Also relative Shannon coefficient was IWI &rdquo&rdquo, for number of leaf lobs and the least for boil shape that showed only one shape. The number of accessions belonged to G. herbaceum were 71, the main character of these accession&rdquowere round boil shape and present of small or large spot in the bottom of petal. They had generally light yellow petal and had less height compare to the other two species. The number of accessions belonged to G.barbadense &rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquoThese accession&rdquohad more height relative others, these accession were longer height relative others, with 181cm maen, minimum 118 cm, and the maximum &rdquo&rdquo&rdquo&rdquoheight. The petal color was light yellow or yellow, and boil shape was conical. They had small or large spot in the bottom of petal. Most of these accessions were generally hairless. Cotton seeds &rdquo&rdquo&rdquohave been regenerated and conserved in gene bank cold storage.
