Determination of best Level P & N Fertilizer on arial organs and effective substance of Zataria multiflora in Tehran province

The medicinal plants are used for treatment of diseases. Zataria multiflora is used for medicinal and foodstuff consumption. This plant has small shrub by small leaves. The level of leaves are covered with many oozing glands stem is approximately white. Receptacle is tubular ellipsoid with five small equal dental. Zataria&rsquos length is in the neighbourhood of 2 millimeter. The fastoon is like to spike. Zataria genus is used in this project. The essential oil of arial organs are difference. It is among 1 till 2.5 percent. The most important compounds of this plant are 50 percent timol, karvakrol, linalol, kamphon and trajen. In the body of zataria existes different compounds like tanon, flavonoid, saponin and bitter materials. In this research is applied 4 level of nitrogenous and phosphorus fertilizer with 16 treatments in 3 replication. This project was done with factorial statistical design in type of complete blocks design. Factors were nitrojen in 4 levels (n1 = 0, n2 = 45, n3 = 90, n4 = 135 kg/hec) and phosphorus fertilization in 4 levels (p1 = 0, p2 = 22.5, p3 = 45, p4 = 67.5 kg/hec). The analysis of variance table was formed for arial and essential oil and for determination of the best level of N and P fertilizer on the base of multiple range test of danken with 99 probability is done and the among of treatments existed significant difference. The among of different levels of N and P fertilizer on the base of yield there were the most maximum significant difference and the level of N and P were the best fertilization level. The best fertilization level of W and P was in N90P22.5 treatment. N90P67.5, N90P45 and N0P0, N0P22.5 were in order the most maximum yield of essential oil and the least yield on the base of danken test N90P67.5, N90P45, N135P0, N135P22.5, N90P22.5 had the most maximum yield of essential oil and they did not.
