An experiment was carried out in order to effect to harvesting time of vertical boll distributing on the main stem on cotton seed and emergence (c.v.siokra). first factor was harvesting:october2،october 22،novmber11،december1 and secand factor was vertical boll distributing which contained: vegtative branchs،reproductive branches by fifth node(after the vegtative branchs from plant bottom ،( reproductive branches between sixth and tenth nodes،reproductive branches upper then eleventh node(final).seed germination and emergence percentag was calculated after in laboratory and farm respecticvly. Traits of seed germination percent safe seedling percentage.deteroid seed percentage،rest plant percentage،boll weight،boll number and seed emergence percentage in two steps were measured .The results showd that cotton harvestig in fourth pick decreased seed germination.seedling percent and seed emergence percentage in order to not suitable as seed.So the best part of plant for seed production was first reprodutive branches upper than vegtative branchs reprodutive branches of tenth node.
