Green leaf yield and black tea quality were studied in differents plucking of chinese hybrid tea and clone 100 at Shahid Eftekhari station during three years. Treatments were: bud and a leaf, bud and two leaves, bud and three leaves and unstandard plucking. Green leaf yield determined annually. All treatments were manufactured in form of Orthodox, three times in a year. Percentage of waste, total sensory score, total soluble solid, caffeine, theaflavin, thearobigin, total color, brightness and ratio of theaflavin to thearobigin were evaluated in black tea. The data were analysed in split plot desing based on randomized complete blocks. Unstandard plucking had minimum yield, quality and maximum waste level. Maximum yield was in bud with three leaves. In hybrid tea, quality parameters in second period of plucking (summer) was in high level and quality parameters were maximum in bud with a leaf and two leaves. In clone 100, in bud and a leaf up to unstandard treatment, total mean sensory score, coffeine and total soluble solid were decreased. For quality character, bud and a leaf treatment in hybrid tea and clone 100 in third and first year of experiment were in highest grade respectively.
