For acquisition to environment friendly forest soil conditioner, the new composition and technology for it obtaining from technical lignin have been developed in the project. The main chemicophysical properties have been characterised. Lignin-based soil conditioner has been obtained in water environment in an indoor temperature. The process did not create by-products as well as hazard agents. From chemical aspect soil conditioner is modified lignin. Composition of soil stabilisation can to change prolonged action oxygen as well as the trace elements (Fe**3+, C*2+, Zn**2+ etc.) content as well as to join herbicides and pesticides that depends from soil and mulch properties as well as from exploitation conditions.
