Comparative efficiency evaluation of poultry feeding with extruded and non-processed rapeseed oilcakes impact on excretion nitrogen substances in broiler chickens of cross Ross-308 is given in this article. Feeding of extruded rapeseed oilcake was increased digestibility coefficients of feed nitrogen compounds on average by 3.2%. Thus feeding of extruded rapeseed oilcake comparing to the non-processed oilcake was decreased excretion of nitrogen containing substances into the manure by 2.1% for broiler chickens at the age of 42 days. Addition of extruded rapeseed oilcake to broiler chicken daily ration improved live weight and amount of polyunsatured fatty acids. Broiler chicken live weight at the age of 42 days increase by 4.7% and polyunsatured (linoleic; linolenic acids) fatty acids amount in meat increase by 0.4 % in comparison with use of non-processed oilcake (control group) in broiler chicken feeding.
