A total of 23 genera with 51 species belonging to Chlorococcales were identified from District Haripur. The species of Tetraedron, Ankistodesmus, Oocystis and Chlorella were the most common belonging to family Oocystaceae. The genera along with the number of species included. Trachiscia (1sp), Tetradesmus (1sp), Crucigenia (1sp), Planktosphaeria Nephrocytium (1sp), Eremosphaera (1sp), Coelastrum (1sp), Dactylococcus Hydrodictyon (1sp), Kirchneriella (1sp), Kentrasphaera (1sp), Gloecocystis Tetralantos (1sp), Closteropsis (1sp), Ankistrodesmus (5sp), Chlorella (5sp), Characium (2sp), Chlorococcum (3sp), Scenedesums (3sp), Westella (2sp), Oocystis (4sp), Quadrigula (2sp) and Tetraedron (11 sp).
