Role of land reclamation in the environmental protection

Land reclamation include activities improving soil productivity. It causes certain transformations of environmental traits leading to the protection and improvement of its quality. The effect of land reclamation on the natural environment consist in changes of the direction and intensity of processes in the soil and ground atmosphere and also on the distribution of water resources in time and space
