Probiotic influence on acid number, acid degree and fatty acid content in chicken abdominal fatty tissue

On the results obtained we can concluded that acid degree, acid index and content of oleic, lauric and ricinolic acid in checken fat tissue is greater in chickens who are fed with probiotics.
