In this research 25 samples are analyzed: goat, cows, and sheep milk on the presents of most often metabolites of aflatoxin B1 in milk, aflatoxin M1. Data got from this study indicate that none samples had more than its permited by our low regulation, but seven samples (28%) had more AFM1, than it is permited by European Legislation.
