In this paper are represented technical and technological solutions of pretreatment of drinking water and air in dairy industry. Drinking water is one of the main fluids in primary and secondary production of milk, and it has a significant influence on the safety of final products. According to the present quality of waste water it is necessary to implement adequate unit for pretreatment of water. Waste water has to have limited concentration of pollution substances, so when it is sluiced into the natural water won't change its quality.
