Main objective of the research was to evaluate economical justification of application of probiotic in livestock production. In the four trials carried out on the fattening chickens, the pigs and the fish, obtained investigation results showed that utilization of probiotic Digestase induced the improvement of gain by 2.67% and feed conversion ratio by 6.84%, compared to the result obtained in the group of chickens fed the diets without supplement of probiotic Digestase. In regard to the feed consumed per housed chicken, the animals fed the mixtures containing additional Digestase consumed by 1,15% less feed compared to the control group of chickens. In the trial with the pigs, in nutrition of gilts, investigated probiotic Digestase in the mixture caused greater the number of born piglets by in the average 5.66% with 7.91% higher the weight at farrowing and by 6.83% better realization of piglets at weaning. In the trial with the fish, i.e. young carp fish, the survival in the trial was higher by 6.25% with higher average mass by 8.98% in the group where investigated probiotic Digestase was used. Young carps fed mixture supplemented with Digestase consumed for 1 kg of gain in average by 11.86% less the food compared to the fish fed the same mixture but without additional probiotic. Business plan gives clear the picture of economical benefit in the utilization of probiotic in the nutrition of domestic animals. In general, obtained results clearly show that introduction of Digestase 1000 in the nutrition of fattening chickens, the pigs and the fish, the results in economically favourable production, and it can be concluded that investigated probiotic can be successfully used and is economically justified in the livestock production.
