Influence of economic use of pigs of a various genotype on topography of fat deposition

In the Tambov Region 15 groups of sows of the breeds Krupnaya Belaya and Belaya Korotkoukhaya originated at pure breedinag and backcrossing with barrows of the breed Krupnnaya Chernaya. The fat content and qualities depending on the conditions of pig maintenance, as well as on the composition and nutritive value of the feeding stuff, are examined. In the article the topography of fat deposition in animals of different genotypes, which are kept at four different farms was studied. It was found out that, on average, the cross-breeds KB x KChi and (KB x KChi) x KChi from Nikiforovsk farm have the thickest lard layer (3.46-3.50 10E-2 respectively). The saturation index of fatty acids in the fat tissue providing good biological full value condition and digestibility is characteristic of the pure breeding Belaya Korotkoukhaya breed from Satinsk and Sampursk farms, thus it is from 55,3 to 51,7%
