The study was carried out on 3 groups of calves (n = 8) during milky (from I up to 4 months of age) and post milky (from 4 up to 6 months of age) periods and on 3 groups of cows (n = 11) with previous year milk yield more than 7000 kg during first 120 days post partum. The experimental groups of calves and cows were fed rations with addition of 0.05 and 0.1% of multi enzyme composition MEK SKH-4. In both experimental groups of calves the digestibility of all crude components (protein, fat, fiber, organic substance) had the tendency to be higher, daily live weight gains were increased, by 80-110 g and cost price of 100 kg of live weight gain was decreased by 21-36 rubles compared to control. The digestibility of ail crude components in experimental groups of cows and the ratio of albumins/globulins in blood had the tendency to be higher, but the urea level in blood was decreased compared to control. Daily yield of milk corrected on 4% fat content In experimental groups was higher by 5.8-6.3 kg in comparison to control
