Nutritive value and digestibility characteristics of different maize silage hybrids | Charakteristika výživnej hodnoty a stráviteľnosti siláží rôznych hybridov kukurice siatej

Английский. In the study the content of nutrients and digestibility of organic matter of the maize silage hybrids with different FAO number was examined by the method in vitro. In laboratory conditions we conserved 10 different types of the maize silage hybrids with the dry matter content ranged from 361.1 to 400.4 g per kg (total number of 30 samples). After 8 months of fermentation process the nutrient content and digestibility of organic matter were analysed in the average samples (Daisy Incubator II, Ankom Technology). The highest content of crude fibre was found in the silages produced from the maize hybrid FAO 240-181.3 g per kg. The highest content of water soluble carbohydrates (WSC) was in the silages from FAO 450-691.5 g per kg. The lowest content of WSC was found in the silages produced from the hybrid FAO 240, whose digestibility was the lowest as well. Energy value of the silage ranged from 6.29 to 6.35 MJ/kg (NEL), respectively from 6.28 to 6.32 MJ/kg (NEG). The highest concentration of energy was found in the silages produced from the medium early hybrid from FAO 310. The highest digestibility of organic matter (average 77.9%) was found in the silages produced from the maize hybrid from FAO 350. The silage produced from this medium early hybrid contained the lowest content of crude fibre (154.8 g per kg), which is in negative correlation with the digestibility of organic matter.
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]словацкий. V laboratórnych podmienkach sme konzervovali 10 silážnych hybridov kukurice siatej (spolu 30 vzoriek). Testované silážne kukuričné hybridy boli pestované v rovnakých agroekologických podmienkach. Zber bol realizovaný vo vegetačnej fáze mliečno-voskovej zrelosti pri výške strniska 150 mm. Bezprostredne po zbere boli celé rastliny kukurice mechanicky spracované na dĺžku rezanky 20 mm a konzervované v laboratórnych podmienkach (silážne jednotky SJ 750 s kapacitou 15 dm3. Po 8 mesiacov trvajúcom fermentačnom procese sme v priemerných vzorkách zisťovali obsah živín a stráviteľnost v podmienkach in vitro (metóda PEPCEL, s použitím analyzátora Ankom Daisy Incubator II). Rozdiely sme zistili v obsahu stráviteľnosti organickej hmoty (OH). Najvyššiu stráviteľnosf OH sme zistili v silážach hybridu FAO 350 (77,9%), v ktorých sme zároveň zaznamenali najnižší obsah hrubej vlákniny, ktorá je v negatívnej korelácii so stráviteľnosťou krmiva.
