Evaluation of the product quality and packaging development project was conducted by using questionnaire to collect data from 156 project participants. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze data including frequency count, percentage and arithmetic mean. It was found that majority of the project participants were female at the age of 36-51 years with Prathomsuksa level of education and working in agriculture. They, produce food products, joined the project by group since 2003 with the initial investment at 152,121.9 baht and 584,107.3 baht at present. They are still in business since then and able to receive additional knowledge after being trained. The knowledge met their needs, easy and appropriate to applied. They had sufficient raw materials, labor and equipment to accommodate the disseminated knowledge and had increased number of customers after joining the project. They will increase product quantities and varieties and also expanding domestic market in the future.
