Thirty samples of corn produced for feedstuff were collected during 2006-2007 and were analyzed for Fumonisin B1 and B2 by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Fourteen samples were collected from the north region, 8 samples from the central region and 8 samples from the east region of Thailand. The result showed that 5 samples (16.7 percent) were contaminated with Fumonisin B1 at the concentration higher than 1 ppm and 2 samples (6.7 percent) were contaminated with Fumonisin B2 at the concentration higher than 1 ppm, respectively. The results showed that corn produced in domestically tended to safe for feedstuff.
