Evaluation of cucumber germplasm for plant breeding was done on 615 cucumber accessions from 53 countries. The experiment was conducted on 5 crops during October, 2005 to March, 2008 at Lampang Province. The sex expressions of gynoecious and quasai gynoecious types were equal or more than 50 percent on 15 accessions. CSL 0030 accession was expressed high female all year round. The downy mildew scoring of 4 crops were 19 and 8 accessions which were less than 1.0 and equally or more than 5.0 rating, respectively. Cucumber germplasm of 38 accessions showed higher or equally 5.0 ton/rai and average of downy mildew were 1.2 scoring. The length of fruit were more than 10 cm. except 4 accessions viz. TOT1406, CSL 0090, CSL 0097 and CSL 0080, respectively.
