Study on effects of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers on growth and fruit quality of Annona hybrid (Annona cherimola Mill. x Annona squamosa Linn.) cv. Petch Pakchong was conducted at Pakchong district, Nakhon Rachasima province during February-July 2008. Soil with application of 1.0 kilogram potassium fertilizer had longer branch. Application of 0.5 nitrogen and 1.0 kilogram potassium had larger branch diameter. Plants received 0.5 nitrogen and 0.5 kilogram potassium had longer leaf width. The plants received 1.0 nitrogen and 0.5 kilogram potassium had longer leaf length and higher number of flower, fruits and harvested fruits, the best quality fruits as fruit weight, fruit length and highest percentage of recovery (82.39 percent). Plants received 0.5 kilograms nitrogen and 1.0 kilogram potassium had highest titratable acidity (0.12 percent).
