The dependence of intensity of growth and pigments formation of Spirulina on maintenance of ions K(+)+Na(+), Ca(+), HCO3(-), Fe(2+), and SO4(2-) in the mineral springs of Armenia has been investigated. Among studied mineral springs, mineral waters of Ararat, Malishka, Aparan andVanadzor regions have more favorable media for the growth of Spirulina.
