Динамика содержания и состава каротиноидов в процессе созревания семян рапса (Brassica napus)

The content and composition of carotinoids in the seeds of winter rape (Brassica napus) were studied. The seeds were collected at different stages of maturation and from different layers of the parent plants allowed to examine the relationship between the level of seed maturity and content of carotenoids and oils in them. The seeds of winter rape hybrid Baldur and of spring variety Antaeus were collected in the green, dough and technical stage. Water content, mass of 1000 grains and oil content were measured and evaluated. Germination rate and pigments content of winter and spring sorts of rape were analyzed. Quality analysis, made with liquid chromatography method, showed the highest level of xanthophylls lutein carotenoid in the rape seeds. Correlation between caratenoid content and chlorophyll content was seen in the level of r=0,96.
