Китайский. 选用720只55周龄健康的海兰蛋鸡,随机分成4个处理,每个处理分6个重复,每个重复30只蛋鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,在基础日粮中添加0.015%土霉素为试验第1组,在基础日粮中添加0.01%低聚木糖(XOS)为试验第2组,在基础日粮中添加0.015%低聚木糖(XOS)为试验第3组,研究低聚木糖对产蛋鸡生产性能、生化指标及蛋品质的影响。试验表明,试验第2组的平均产蛋率和料蛋比均显著优于对照组(P〈0.05);试验第2、3组谷丙转氨酶活性分别比对照组降低了25.00%(P〈0.05)和22.92%(P〈0.05);总胆固醇含量分别比对照组降低了30.82%(P〈0.05)和28.77%(P〈0.05);在蛋的品质方面,试验第2、3组蛋中胆固醇含量比对照组分别降低20.66%(P〈0.01)和26.42%(P〈0.01),差异极显著,鸡蛋中蛋白质含量分别比对照组高10.07%(P〈0.05)、10.79%(P〈0.05),差异显著。综合各项指标,以添加0.01%低聚木糖的试验第2组效果为最佳。[著者文摘]

In order to study effects of xylooligosaccharides (XOS) on the growth performance, biochemical indexes and egg quality in laying hens,720 Hailan laying hens at 55-week-old were randomly divided into four groups with 6 replicates in each group and 30 laying hen in each replicate. The hens in control group were fed with basal diet, the others were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0. 015 % oxytetracycline,0.01% XOS or 0. 015 % XOS, respectively. The results showed that laying rate and feed/egg ratio of group Ⅱ were significantly better than that of control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared to control group, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity of group Ⅱ decreased by 25.00% (P 〈 0. 05 ), and that of group m decreased by 22.92% (P 〈 0. 05) ; cholesterol total content of group 2 decreased by 30.82% (P 〈 0. 05 ) and that of group m decreased by 28. 77% ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared to the quality of eggs of control group, cholesterol content of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ decreased by 20. 66% and 26.42% (P 〈 0.01 ) , respectively. Protein content in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ increased by 10.07% and 10.79% (P 〈 0.05) ,respectively. All results indicated that diet with 0.01% XOS was optimal.
