Китайский. 研究了遮光30%、60%、80%和全光照处理(CK)对紫叶加拿大紫荆(Cercis canadensis‘Forest Pansy’)叶面积、叶片色素含量、净光合速率以及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:随着遮光度增加,叶片色素含量增加,叶绿素a/b减小;叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)下降,Pn、Tr日变化均呈单峰曲线;叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo随着遮光程度的增加而降低。说明紫叶加拿大紫荆有一定的耐荫性。[著者文摘]

Pigment content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr) and chlorophyll fluorescence of leaves in Cercis canadensis'Forest Pansy' were studied to investigate the effect of different shading treatments(CK,30%,60% and 80%)on 'Forest Pansy' seeding.With the increasing of sun-shading,the pigment content increased,whereas leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr) and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo) decreased.Both diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate had one peak.These findings indicate that 'Forest Pansy' has certain shade tolerance.
