EMPLEO DE ASERRADEROS MÓVILES EN LA ECONOMÍA FORESTAL EN CUBA

Испанский язык; кастильский. En Cuba en los últimos años se han realizado inversiones en la compra de aserraderos móviles por un valor superior a los 500 000 dólares. Se trata en este estudio de determinar los resultados económicos de las inversiones realizadas en este campo y de proponer algunas recomendaciones con el objetivo de trazar estrategias a corto plazo. En el análisis de los rendimientos potenciales y reales de la mano de obra empleada en los aserraderos fijos convencionales más modernos,los antiguos y los portátiles instalados en la planta de Guane y Ciénaga de Zapata, se aprecia que los rendimientos son mayores en las instalaciones fijas, sobre todo las que fueron montadas en los últimos años. Los aserraderos portátiles tienen rendimientos ligeramente superiores a los aserraderos antiguos. Se incluye un análisis de los costos totales y de operaciones de los aserraderos portátiles comparado con el estudio de factibilidad aprobado para la inversión del aserradero de La Jagua. Se aprecia que los costos, tanto en moneda total como en divisas son muy inferiores en La Jagua; igualmente la tasa interna de retorno (TIR) es 5% superior en ese aserradero, mientras que el período de recuperación de la inversión es ligeramente más alto debido a los mayores costos del equipamiento e instalaciones. Según los resultados, el nivel de explotación de estas instalaciones no es uniforme, y en todos los casos está por debajo de sus capacidades potenciales, lo cual se debe, según los elementos obtenidos en la producción y a criterio de los autores, a que se han adquirido diferentes modelos de varios suministradores, la intensa explotación a que están sometidos y a la falta de liquidez financiera. De todo lo anterior se recomienda realizar una evaluación de cada una de las instalaciones en funcionamiento a fin de mejorar su utilización en el lugar donde están o reubicarlas, y anali-zar la posibilidad de sustituir en los lugares actuales o previstos en el futuro los aserraderos portátiles por instalaciones temporales de fabricación extranjera o nacional.

Английский. In Cuba in the last years have been carried out investments in the purchase of mobile sawmills for a superior value to the 500 000 USD. It is in this study to determine the economic performance of the investments carried out in this field and of proposing some recommendations with the objective of tracing short term strategies. In the analysis of the potential and real yields of the manpower used in the most modern conventional fixed sawmills, the old ones and the laptops installed in the plant of Guane and Ciénaga de Zapata , it is appreciated that the yields are bigger in the fixed facilities, mainly those that were mounted in the last years. The portable sawmills have lightly superior yields to the old sawmills. An analysis of the total costs is included and of operations of the portable sawmills compared with the approved study of feasibility for the investment of the sawmill The Jagua. It is appreciated that the costs as much in total currency as in foreign currencies are very inferior in the Jagua; equally the internal rate of return (TIR) it is 5% superior in this sawmill,while the period of recovery of the investment is lightly higher due to the biggest costs in the equipment and facilities. According to the obtained results, the level of exploitation of these facilities is not uniform and in all the cases it is below its potential capacities, that which owes you, according to the elements obtained in the production and to the authors' to that different models of several suppliers have been acquired approach, the intense exploitation to that you/they are subjected and to the lack of financial liquidity.
