ACLIMATACIÓN DE PLANTAS DE EUCALYPTUS GRANDIS (HILL EX MAIDEN) OBTENIDAS A TRAVÉS DEL CULTIVO IN VITRO

Испанский язык; кастильский. Se presentan los resultados durante la fase de aclimatación de las plantas de Eucalyptus grandis (Hill ex Maiden) producidas a través del cultivo in vitro. Los experimentos realizados estuvieron relacionados con la influencia de tres factores: régimen de riego, sustrato e iluminación. Se comprobó que existe necesidad de establecer tres etapas con diferentes regímenes de riego para lograr elevados porcentajes de supervivencia, cuya duración promedio debe mantenerse entre 10 y 15 días. En la primera etapa los mejores resultados se obtuvieron con un riego de 30 s cada 60 min. En la segunda, un régimen de 60 s cada 120 min, y en la tercera etapa un régimen de 120 s cada 240 min. En cuanto a los sustratos utilizados se observó que una mezcla de casting (85%) + zeolita (15%) brindó los mejores resultados, mientras que en cuanto a la iluminación el mayor porcentaje de supervivencia se logró cuando se retira el zarán a los 30 días de iniciada la fase.

The results obtained are shown during the acclimatization fhase of the Eucalyptus grandis produced the culture in vitro, the experiments done were related to the influence to the three factors: the watering regime, sustrate, illumination. It was proved that it is needed to establish three stages differents watering regime to archive high percentages of survival, which average losting should be kept between ten and fifteen days. In the first stage the best result were obtained with a watering of 30 seconds every 60 minutes; in the second one a regime of 60 seconds every 120 minutes and in the thirst stage a regime of 120 seconds every 240 minutes. The sustrate utilized it was observed that a mixing of casting (85%) + zealot(15%) gone the best results, mean while regarding illumination the major percentage of survival was fulfilled when the saran was retired at 30 days after loving begun the phase.
