Efecto alelopático de extractos acuosos de girasol (Helianthus annuus L.), sobre la germinación y desarrollo de malezas bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas

Испанский язык; кастильский. Debido a la situación mundial existente, se han ido encontrando nuevas vías con el fin de obtener una agricultura sostenible basada en recursos naturales renovables. Una de las soluciones a esta situación ha sido la alelopatía. Por esta razón se realizó el presente trabajo con el objetivo de comprobar el comportamiento alelopático del cultivo del girasol (Helianthus annuus L.) en la germinación y desarrollo de algunas malezas bajo condiciones de campo controladas en diferentes épocas del año, el cual se llevó a cabo en el laboratorio de Fisiología Vegetal de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias perteneciente a la Universidad Central "Marta Abreu" de las Villas, en los períodos comprendidos de abril a junio de 2001 y de enero a mayo del año 2002. Se utilizaron extractos acuosos de girasol al 50 por ciento (v/v) obtenidos con residuos vegetales de materia seca de este cultivo. Se aplicaron 5 mL del extracto en cada réplica, dejando un testigo por cada uno de los tratamientos. Se encontraron diferencias significativas en el comportamiento de la germinación de las malezas en comparación con el testigo, mostrando un mayor efecto inhibitorio en la germinación y en el retardo del crecimiento en el primer experimento de la época de primavera, no siendo de igual manera en el segundo experimento, puesto que este se realizó en la época de invierno, la cual no es óptima para el desarrollo de la mayoría de las malezas.

Английский. Due to the existent world situation, we have been search new roads with the purpose of obtaining a sustainable agriculture based on renewable natural resources. One of the solutions to this situation has been the allelopathy. For this reason was carried out the present work with the objective of checking the allelopathy effect of the cultivation of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) in the germination and development of some weeds under field conditions controlled in different times of the year, which was carried out in the laboratory of Vegetable Physiology of the Agricultural Sciences Faculty belonging to the Central University of "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas, Cuba in the periods corresponding between April to June of 2001 and the January to May of the year 2002. Watery extracts of sunflower were used to 50 per cent (v/v) obtained with vegetable residuals of dry matter of this cultivation. 5 mL of the extracts was applied in each reply, leaving a witness for each one of the treatments. Significant differences were found of the germination of the weeds in comparison with the witness, showing a bigger effect inhibitory in the germination and in the retard of the growth in the first experiment of the spring time, not being in a same way in the second experiment, since this was carries out in the winter time, which is not good for the development of most of the weeds.
