Respuesta de Trichoderma viride y Trichoderma harzianum ante la aplicación de los extractos de Phyla nodiflora (L) Greene var. Nodiflora y Petiveria alliaceae L.

En la búsqueda por encontrar la eficiencia en el sistema alelopático entre hongos antagonistas del género Trichoderma y extractos vegetales se realizó el presente trabajo con el objetivo de evaluar la respuesta de Trichoderma viride y Trichoderma harzianum ante la aplicación de dos extractos de origen vegetal, además de indicar el efecto sobre éstos y valorar su inclusión o no dentro del manejo integrado. En la ejecución se utilizaron las concentraciones de 0,25 g/mL, 0,50 g/mL y 0,80 g/mL de los extractos de anamú y orozús. Los resultados indican que el mejor extracto para ambos hongos resultó el de P. nodiflora, siendo la concentración más baja la de mejor efecto en los procesos de crecimiento y esporulación de estos hongos antagonistas.

In the search to find the efficiency in the allelopathy system among antagonistic fungi of the gender Trichoderma and vegetable extracts was carried out the present work with the objective of evaluating the answer of Trichoderma viride and Trichoderma harzianum before the application of two extracts of vegetable origin, besides to indicate the effect on these and to value or not their inclusion inside the integrated management. In the execution the concentrations of 0,25 g/mL, 0,50 g/mL and 0,80 g/mL of the anamú extracts, orozús were used. The results indicate that the best extract for both fungi was that of P. nodiflora, being the lowest concentration that of better effect in the processes of growth and esporulation of these antagonistic fungi.
