Efecto alelopático de Phyla strigulosa sobre germinación y crecimiento de cultivos

Испанский язык; кастильский. Se realizó un experimento para probar el efecto alelopático de la especie Phyla strigulosa (Mart. and Gal.) Mold. sobre algunos cultivos de interés económico a saber: frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), soya (Glycine max Merr. (G. soja Sieb. and Zucc.), maíz (Zea mays L.) y pepino (Cucumis sativus L.). con un diseño completamente aleatorio. El extracto, obtenido de la maceración de 36 g de residuos de orozuz en 200 mL de agua, se aplicó en volúmenes de 5 mL por placas de Petri, según las dosis 16, 8, 4 por ciento (p/v), sin incluir al testigo, al cual se le aplicó agua destilada. Al séptimo día se midieron las variables correspondientes y se procesaron los datos en SPSS Ver. 8 para Windows a través de análisis de varianza y pruebas de significación de Duncan y Dunnet C., según correspondiera. El extracto no influyó negativamente sobre la germinación de ninguno de los cultivos probados, mas produjo un estímulo sobre el crecimiento del tallo y la raíz de la soya, maíz y frijol, y del tallo del pepino, aunque inhibió el crecimiento de la raíz de este último. No hubo influencia sobre el peso seco de las plántulas de los cultivos, excepto en el caso del frijol en el que mostró cierta reducción del peso seco al aplicar la dosis de extracto más alta. Todo lo anterior aporta evidencias sustanciales para informar por primera vez a P. strigulosa con potencialidades alelopáticas como estimulantes de algunos cultivos.

Английский. We carried out an experiment to prove the allelopathic effect of Phyla strigulosa (Mart. and Gal.) Mold, on some crops: bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), soybean (Glycine max Merr. (G. soya Sieb. and Zucc.), corn (Zea mays L.) and cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.). with aleatoric design. The extract obtained from maceration 36 g of rests of Orozuz in 200 mL of water was applied in volumes of 5 mL per Petri's plate, according to doses 16, 8, 4 per cent (p/v), and distilled water was applied in the control. The seventh day corresponding variables were measured and the data were processed in SPSS Ver. 8 for Windows through variance analysis and tests of significance of Duncan and Dunnet C´ as it corresponded. The extract didn't influence negatively on the germination of none of the proven crops, instead it produced a stimulus on the stem and root growth of the Soybean, Corn and Bean, and of the Cucumber stem, although it inhibited the root's growth of last one. There was not influence on the plantlet dry weight of the crops, except in the case of Bean that showed certain reduction of dry weight when applying the highest extract dose. All above-mentioned contributes substantial evidences to inform for the first time that P. strigulosa has allelopathic potentialities as stimulant for some crops.
