Effect of hypophyseal and gonadal hormones on anoestrus buffaloes

The observations recorded during the present experiment revealed that the anestrus buffalo cows can be brought into fertile estrus through combined treatment of prostaglandin and progesterone on 0 and 5th or 10th day respectively. The administration of GnRH in progesterone primed ifferent size of follicles and the large size buffaloes 5days later brought the anestrus buffaloes to fertile estrus within 2 to 5 days.
