Kerman province is one of the main agricultural poles in Iran. It would be main central production of crops, If a suitable policy and planed investment beused in the agricultural sector. The delicate attention to the comparative advantage of field crops is an important aspect of economic planning. In the current research comparative advantage and its problems of the cereal products such as wheat, barley and corn were studied . the Domestic Resource costs (DRC) and Social cost Benefit (SCB) ratio were used to determine krman's comparative advantage. For 1384/85 cropping season. The analysis of economic incentives in the production using both the nominal and effective protection rates as B indicators, Measures the direct and economy wid effect of government intervention. (ERP) The results showed that wheat in Baft, barley in kerman and corn in Bardsir have comparative advantage under existence condition. The DRC and SCB ration are sensitve to changes in exchange rate, price and cost production. The production of cereals may be efficient with the increasing yield. There in no comparative advantage in cereal products in kerman province, but comparative advantage based on specialization is beneficial.
