Total watershed management is the study for sustainable development and the management of soil and water resources emphasizes that social and economic characteristic. Fasa city is located 145 km of the center of Fars province. The average of precipitation and temperature is 303 mm and 19 °c. Fasa Aquitopia has the aria about 3772.585 km2. This basin has divided to 12 parcels. The first parcel is Garbygon plain, which has been studied of floodwater spreading system due to aquifer management, but other parcel of watershed have not this study.
