2 groups of 5 monkeys orally immunized with 50 If of diphtheria toxoid, mixed with 25 mg of 2 adjuvant (LRS or GPLP - MC) have shawnn different Sperological response. while this response was negative aften the first and the second administration of toxoid mixed with GPLP -Mc,a positive response of 60 pool was recorded for monkeys reciving t(Jxoid with 25 mg of LRS. The serological res pones against oral administration of diphtheria toxoid in another 2 group of 5 monkeys receiving 50 If of toxoid with 50 mg of the mentioned adjuvants were quite different.As a matter of fact, after one oral take of toxoid mixed with LRS or with GPLP MC,a positive response of 60 ploo and 80 p 100 was noted for monkeys receiving the mentioned adjuvants respectively. The response was nor significanty increased afire two succenssive oral vaccination.
