The efficiency of probiotic Bactocell was tested on a large number of broiler chickens. Initially, the control group had 73029 chickens, while the trial group - 75047. The feed in the trial group 106 had an additive of 250 g/t of Bactocell diet per day. A chicken's live-weight on breeding period 1-41 days of the trial group was 6.0% higher, a liveability of chickens was higher, i.e., the control group had 95.01%, the trial group - 96.18%, a feed conversion: the control group had 1.97 kgE-1 feed per 1 kg gain but the chickens of the trial group - 1.89 kgE-1/kgE-1. There also some insignificant differences related to the consumed diet costs per 1 kg of a live-weight gain - LVL 0.354 per chicken of the control group, and LVL 0.355 per chicken of the trial group, or more then 0.28%. The productivity index of the control group is 269.9 and 301.9 of the trial group. The results justify the positive application of probiotic Bactocell.
