In this study, the influence of adding mannanoligosaccharides (MOS) and organic selenium into feed of broiler breeders and their progeny, as well as the synergy effect of the mentioned nutricines has been researched. Research results have shown a positive effect of MOS and organic selenium on broiler breeder performances, increase in number of layed eggs, decrease in feed quantity per eggs, better yolk-albumen ratio with hatching eggs, better fertility percentage and better quality of hatched chicks in comparison with the control group. Synergy effect of the additives added was determined only in percentage of fertility increase. In broiler chicks, the addition of MOS has significantly improved growth and production index. Organic selenium in broiler feeding did not have any effects on performances, but it did on increase of the ability to keep water in breast meat during storage. Results have shown the adequacy of application of mannanoligosaccharides and organic selenium in the feeding of broiler breeders and their progeny through increase in production results. The combination of these two additives in the feed has not shown adequate.
