This study is a general review of some new trends and researches in poultry nutrition respectable and relevant to feed formulation, selection of feed components and additives, as well as to food/feed quality and safety efforts. Moreover, some indications of future direction of scientific investigations in mentioned fields are given in the study. Also, basic specificities of the poultry nutrition in production of poultry products of special quality are presented.
