Building in agricultural production are multi-purpose and significance. Because of the frequent need to determine the value of buildings in agriculture considering the problem of estimating method of yield value with respect specific agricultural production. The paper applied the dynamic method yield values, based on which the value of capital or fixed assets is determined as the sum of the present value of cash flows during the projection and the present value of residual value. The results show that the method yield values can be used as one of the reliable methods. Also, this method of assessment can be used for the purpose of determining economic feasibility of investing in a specific building. It is essential in assessing the fixed assets used several different methods among which is certainly the method yield values, in order to bring about the objective conclusion values.
