The influence of acellular staphylococcal vaccine Staphylovac on immune response in SVA mice was studied experimentally. Dynamics of changes of immunophenotype of mice spleen mononuclear leukocytes following their immunization after 4, 24 and 96 h, 12 days was studied. As is shown, in response to antigenic effect, the immune system of mice reacted by including the number of cells expressing molecules of T-cell subpopulations – CD3, CD4, CD8; B-cell subpopulations – CD19 and natural killers – NK. Activation of murine immune system was increased in increasing molecules for antigenic presentation (MHCI, MHCII) and regulatory molecules (CD4/CD25). Increasing the number of the number of MHCII positive lymphocytes spoke for activation of immunogenesis, B1 (CD5) – activation of effects of mucosal immunity which the first line of protection against pathogens. The cytotoxic potential of NK, as well as enhancing phagocytic activity of macrophages also pointed out to stimulation of innate mechanisms of immune system. That is, the vaccine Staphylovac, beside specific effect on staphylococcal infection has non-specific effect through the effectory immune system on the conventionally pathogenic microflora, and consequently, on forming adaptive immunity
