The peculiarities of actual nutrition of the patients suffering from obesity have been studied with the use of computer programs Nutritest-IP 1, Nutritest-IP 2 and Analysis of the human nutrition state. The study was performed for 3 years. Some anthropometric data were collected – growth, body weight, waist-to-hip ratio and data of consuming food groups. All patients consumed a lot of fats and meat products, baking products, groats and milk foods. This ration was associated with obesity, diabetes arterial hypertension. The computer programs are based on studying the frequency of foodstuffs consumption and on the type of consumable substance. The results of the research demonstrate the violation of the basic nutrients consumption according to sex and the extent of obesity in favor of animal fats, protein and cholesterol, starch. But there is a lack of calcium, magnesium, vitamins. A positive correlation was observed between total caloric value of a ration and body weight index, the content of fatty acids, total cholesterol in blood serum, body eight and the amount of carbohydrates and fats in the ration, systolic arterial pressure and sodium consumption. The computer programs allow estimating the risk of developing other alimentary-associated diseases in patients with obesity and making recommendations to prevent and treat them.
