The effect of mineral, organic, and organo-mineral fertilizing systems of the humus and agrophycical status and agrochemical properties of soil and the yield of spring wheat was studied in a stationary field experiment on leached chernozem in the Krasnoyarsk forest-steppe. The grain-size distribution of soil was medium loamy, the initial content of humus in the topsoil is 7.2-7.8%. The fertilizers were applied in spring 2006. The fertilizer systems are mineral, organic, organo-mineral. The control had no fertilizer. Soil samples were collected from a layer of 0-20 cm at the wheat was phase. Only using the organic and organo-mineral fertilizer systems gave an observed increased in the humus content. The mineral system promoted mineralizing humus, whereas with organic and organo-mineral systems the content of table humus carbon increased. The combined application of mineral fertilizer and fowl manure promoted maximum increasing the stable humus portion. In this case there was observed a tendency of increasing labile nitrogen and exchange potassium. The soil density reduced in the fertilizer variants. The maximum influence of the yield was given by fowl manure. The organic fertilizer acted ;like mineral fertilizer. It was concluded that the organic and organo-mineral fertilizing systems are most efficient
