The impact of the integrated application of three floor management systems and two levels of nitrogen fertilization on the biological activity of Chromic Luvisoils LVch was studied in field conditions. It was found that the systems for soil management and nitrogen fertilization norms have specific influence on the soil microbiocenosis. The summary of nine-year long experiments indicate that the soil microflora is reduced after prolonged application of permanent fallow. Cultivation of pea-ryer mixture as intercrops or greenmanure enriches the soil with microorganisms. From microbiological, and environmental point the fertilization with N10 is optimal. The increase of the nitrogen rate of N20 reduces the amount of soil microorganisms in all studied soil management systems and the highest effect occurs in the green manure.
