A graphical and sector method of evaluation of strain testing of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) variety for the estimation of interrelations between crop traits was developed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. There were developed some additional measures which make it possible to improve the proposed method and use for a crop variety testing. There were provided instructions for the presented method and importance of its use for selection of ecologically adaptive varieties. The structural analysis of productivity elements and analysis with application of sector estimation of trait interrelation were used as methods of study. In course of study there were evaluated interrelations between the main traits: number of plants per 1 square m; yielding tilling capacity; weight of 1000 seeds; water uptake. Also, there were analyzed relations between yielding capacity and ecological conditions of high-yielding and low-yielding varieties. For the evaluation of results by means of graphic presentation of correlations were proposed some changes. The graphical and sector analysis made it possible to construct graphs with the regression lines, as well as to realize the correlation and regression analyses. Research results showed that the proposed method could help to evaluate the variety taking into consideration the combining ability of crop traits and characterize its maintenance of yielding capacity level in spite of seasonal conditions
