Эффективность использования фолликулярной жидкости в культуральных системах in vitro

Efficiency of the application of cattle follicular fluid from follicles of different diameter in cultural systems in vitro was studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Influence of follicular fluid concentration on the level of fertilization and viable embryo number was studied. Research results showed that the most efficient was serum from follicles with diameter of 2-6 mm in 10% concentration which ensured the level of division of 57,6-67,0% , and the output of blastocytes of 13,1-14,4% out of the number of the number of ovocytes which were set for maturation. Results of the comparative efficiency of application of cattle follicular fluid and oestrous fluid in vitro were presented and showed no significant difference
