The present article deals with systematic consideration of the dynamics of development of the national agriculture by the example of a set of problems: output of products and labor productivity, life and export, specific output and per capita consumption, norms of production and perspectives of development. Dynamics of gross product changes for the period of 1990-2009 is shown. Production realization and export are analyzed. Dynamics of international trade is calculated. The main agricultural products producing in different branches of agriculture are shown. Productivity level of the agricultural organizations is analyzed. The export dynamics of the agricultural production is shown. Agricultural enterprises number changes per 1991-2008 are displayed. Structure of the budget funds aimed on agricultural production development is shown. The level of the governmental funds used for the agricultural sphere development is calculated. The price parity per industrial and agricultural production is shown. Comparative effectiveness of the agricultural production in different agricultural enterprises is analyzed. Consumption of the main agricultural products per capita is calculated. Constructive conclusions and proposals for stabilization and enhancement of the efficiency of agrarian production are made. Principal recommendations on strengthening the competitiveness of natural agriculture are made.
