Генотипические различия биохимического состава плодов интродуцентов сем. Vacciniaceae в условиях Беларуси

Английский. Bioorganic screening of 30 taxons of introduced in the Republic of Belarus species of Vacciniaceae was realized in accordance with 32 indexes in a long-term cycle of. It was shown, that in the conditions of high values of sugar-acid index V. covilleamim Butkus et Plishka occupied the leading position in accumulation in fruits of vitamin C, phenol-carboxylic acids, anthocyanins, calcium, fructose and sucrose. Vacciniaceae vitis-idaea L. showed the highest indexes in accumulation of hydropectin, leuko-anthocyans, benzoic acids, tannins, fat oils, nitrogen and potassium. Oxycoccus macrocarpus (Ait.) Pers showed the highest indexes in accumulation of free organic acids, glucose, protopectin, bioflavonoide and lignins. It was established, that among 15 tested early-ripening, medium-ripening and late-ripening varieties of V. covilleanum Butkus et Plishka the following varieties proved to be the most perspective for crop zonation and selection by nutritious and vitamin value of fruits surpassing the recognized variety: Reka, Nui, Jersey, Patriot and Coville. The least perspective ones were the varieties Earliblue and Toro. It was shown, that among the tested 9 varieties V. vitis-idaea L. which in different degree surpassed the released variety according to the content in fruits of useful substances, the leading position was occupied by the varieties Red Рearl and the Rubin in the conditions of the least expressed advantages at Erntesegen variety. Among 3 experimental Oxycoccus macrocarpus (Ait.) Pers varieties the lead position according to the degree of useful substances content in fruits belongs to varieties McFarlin and Pilgrim at the least expressed advantages at the variety Ben Lear.

Русский. Приведены результаты биохимического скрининга 30 таксонов интродуцированных в Беларусь видов сем. Vacciniaceae по 32 показателям в многолетнем цикле наблюдений. Показано, что лидирующее положение в накоплении в плодах витамина С, фенолкарбоновых кислот, собственно антоцианов, кальция, фруктозы и сахарозы при наиболее высоких значениях сахарокислотного индекса принадлежит V. covilleamim Butkus et Plishka, в накоплении гидропектина, лейкоантоцианов, бензойной кислоты, дубильных веществ, жирных масел, азота и калия — V. vitis-idaea L., в накоплении свободных органических кислот, глюкозы, протопектина, биофлавоноидов и лигнинов — Oxycoccus macrocarpus (Ait.) Pers. Установлено, что среди тестируемых 15 ранне-, средне- и позднеспелых сортов V. covilleanum Butkus et Plishka наиболее перспективными для районирования и селекции по питательной и витаминной ценности плодов превосходящей таковую районированных сортов, представляются сорта Reka, Nui, Jersey, Patriot и Coville, наименее перспективными — сорта Earliblue и Toro. Показано, что среди тестируемых 9 сортов V. vitis-idaea L., в разной степени превосходивших районированный сорт по содержанию в плодах полезных веществ, лидирующее положение принадлежит сортам Red Рearl и Рубин при наименее выраженных преимуществах у сорта Erntesegen. Среди тестируемых 3 сортов Oxycoccus macrocarpus (Ait.) Pers лидирующее положение по содержанию в плодах полезных веществ принадлежит сортам McFarlin и Pilgrim при наименее выраженных преимуществах у сорта Ben Lear.
