Recovery of different forms of mycobacteria and their persistence in organism showing and not showing reaction to tuberculin animal was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of studies there was used pathological material (lymphatic nodes) of heifers which reacted positively to tuberculin for mammals, as well as 30 blood samples of heifers which reacted and did not react to tuberculin. In course of analysis of pathological material and blood samples there were marked the following mycobacteria: Mycobacteria, Cryptococus, Actinomyces, Nocardia, and Candida. The sensitivity of autoclaved culture media (VKG nutrient medium) for the establishing diagnosis in group of animals reacting to tuberculin for mammals in a single-plane test and evaluation of reaction with + or – signs was 73,3%, specificity – 80,0%; and in a group of animals which did not show reaction to tuberculin, the sensitivity was 44,4%, and specificity – 33,3%. In course of PCR analysis of blood samples there were revealed 9 samples which contained DNA of M. tuberculosis mycobacteria. It was stated that microorganisms of Mycobacteria, Cryptococus, Actinomyces, Nocardia, and Candida genus in the conditions of substantial assimilation suppressed the macrophage immunity system, and subsequently blocked their antigen-precipitating capacity
