Особенности гуморального иммунного ответа при туберкулезе крупного рогатого скота и одновременное выявление в крови микобактериальных антигенов, антител и их иммунных комплексов

Investigation of properties of antibody-mediated immune response in the conditions of cattle tuberculosis, as well as the development of enzyme immunoassay (EIA) modification for the simultaneous determination of immune complexes and mycobacterium antiogens in EIA was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Antibody-mediated (humoral) immune response was investigated in the crossed immunoelectrophoresis with gel medium containing blood serum of animals with different tuberculosis status. Investigation by crossed immunoelectrophoresis with gel medium made it possible to reveal synthesis of antibodies to individual Mycobacterium bovis antigens, as well as the presence of free mycobacterium antigens and their complexes with antibodies in blood. In blood serum of healthy and infected with nontuberculous mycobacteria cows by means of the crossed immunoelectrophoresis there were found antibodies to the crossed reacting M. bovis antigens. Blood serum of animals with experimental and spontaneous tuberculosis rendered the specific influence on the formation of spectrum of М.bovis precipitates, which revealed in the increasing of some peaks height, their disappearance from spectrum, formation of the specific basic lines, which testified the accumulation of a certain amount of mycobacterium antigens and their complexes with antobodies. For the revelation of animals infected with M.bovis it advised to apply the immunoenzymometric test of activity inhibition of specific conjugate Ig M.bovis-peroxsidase, which made it possible to determine in blood the whole complex of mycobacterium antigens and which was revealed in lowering of conjugate activity on 30% and more
